Springfield-itis is contagious and I caught it! When my son and his family described the kind of neighborhood they wanted I immediately thought of Springfield. By the time their home was built and they moved in I'd caught the bug myself. Instead of building a new "old" home, we bought a for real, hundred plus year old home.
Born into a Navy family I also married a career Navy officer and raised a Navy son (the one who now lives a block from me in Springfield). Having moved a number of times in my life I can say that nowhere has ever compared with Springfield.
In addition to being passionate about Springfield and my family I'm also a passionate (some might say rabid) Gator fan. However, I am willing to work with Seminoles and Bulldogs. I will happily help you with all your buying and selling needs except during a Florida game.
I recognize that this is an extremely complex real estate market, which is why I'm trained and certified in short sales and foreclosures and I have a track record of successful closings for all my buyers and sellers. My past customers will tell you I work tirelessly to get the job done.
